Bring your laptop/tablet and your questions about Ancestry (library edition OR subscription based).

Did you know that you can access Ancestry Library Edition through the Region of Waterloo Libraries without a subscription or fees? This gives you access to billions of records such as census data, city directories, cemeteries, wills, immigration information, court records, military information, family histories, and birth, marriage, and death documents.

Session facilitator, Susan Arness is a professional genealogist who lives in Uptown Waterloo. She holds three advanced level certificates in genealogy: Canadian Studies, Methodology, and DNA Analysis. Susan is an active member of the Wellington Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society and is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists.
